You can use this web page to report any kind of fisheries related activity you think might be suspicious to the Scottish Fisheries Protection Agency.

The report can be anonymous if you wish but if you give contact details it will help if any clarification is required.
EU fisheries commissioner Joe Borg on the Common Fisheries Policy (CFP) -
It has undermined fishery sustainability; it doesn't encourage responsible behaviour by fishermen or politicians; the management tools reward narrow minded, short term decision making.
SSACN's view -
Narrow minded, short term parochial decision making by the same politicians ensures no change to the CFP.
