Inchmarnock fish farm appeal

Offshore Farm Developments Ltd, whose application for a fish farm off the north end of Inchmarnock was turned down by Argyll & Bute Council, has appealed the decision to the Scottish Government. The Appeal Reference is: IQC/35/24.

The appeal will be going to a public enquiry, probably in the new year (date not yet set).

Those who appealed at the Argyll Council planning stage will be notified of the above and the relevant timetable, others can make an expression of interest to the Directorate for Planning and Environmental Appeals dpea@scotland.gsi.gov.uk  and will be included in the process.
