Mar 30th, 2010 | By editor | Category: Scottish Government News

From the Scottish Government

We are holding a Stakeholder Seminar to discuss the Marine Policy Statement and Marine Planning.

We are keen to hear views from as wide an audience as possible and specifically to give you the opportunity to input into the process.  The Seminar is being held in the Stirling Management Centre, Stirling and will commence at 10.00 a.m. with registration and coffee from 9.30 a.m. onwards – we aim to finish around 3.45 p.m.  Lunch will be provided.(please advise of any special dietary requirements)

If you are interested in attending – email  Aneta.Kubik@scotland.gsi.gov.uk  leaving your personal and contact details.  There is no charge for attending the seminar however in order to keep costs to a minimum – please let Aneta know if you are subsequently unable to attend.

A copy of the pre consultation on The draft UK Marine Policy Statement will be available on the day – in the interim this PDF version may be of interest.

See here for transport links.  Parking facilities are available and for those of you who are travelling – accommodation is available at the Management Centre and locally in nearby Bridge of Allan.

PLACES WILL BE ALLOCATED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS.
