The Solway Firth Partnership Conference and AGM will have Callum Roberts, Professor of Marine Conservation at the University of York, as their keynote speaker this year; Thomas Bryan Brown of the Manx Fish Producers’ Association and Chris Lumb of Natural England will explore the theme of sustainable marine management from different perspectives.
The ever popular Soapbox Sessions, which allow anyone to hold the floor for five minutes on a subject related to the Solway, will also feature on the programme and they never fail to provide a lively and entertaining aspect of the conference.
